Ferrari 275 GTB/4

308 GTB 3.5L Engine On Dyno

This engine came from a 275 GTB/4 alloy bodied car. The owner wanted a totally stock rebuild. I’m always surprised by the power numbers on these engines. The factory says 300 HP at 8,000 rpm and 231
ft-lbs. of torque at 6,050 rpm, but so far, the engines we have tested are far short of those numbers. See the road test section for more interesting thought on that subject.
